I have no traditional training in fashion or tailoring, I am self-taught and have had a varied career. But I have always had a passion for fashion and accessories.

Old vintage shirts are transformed into extravagant accessories and magical wonder clothing.
We recycle old, discarded men's shirts and create wonderful, handmade, unique pieces. With your sustainable behavior, you are doing our planet a favor, because upcycling saves our resources and that is good for our environment. Your sustainable item of clothing, for example, is made from recycled materials that we have carefully reprocessed. But we always want to preserve the character of the shirt, because after all, you should be able to see what it used to be.

There are so many colors and patterns, and the shape also varies from wide to narrow. Each of these old, discarded designer ties inspires us to create an exclusive and unique one-of-a-kind piece. It doesn't matter whether it's made of silk, polyester, wool or leather.

In a shameless way, a wide variety of materials are woven together to create a bag that unites many lives. At Jakobine Jakob, everything is made from blankets. It started with the beautiful packing blanket, but now other blankets are also being upcycled.
