How do we ship?

Free shipping within Germany for orders over 80 €, otherwise 3 € flat rate.

Within the EU we charge a shipping fee of €13.99 for insured shipping, in Europe outside the EU we ship for €19.99 and worldwide for €39.99.

Shipping costs for postage and packaging (including 19% VAT).

delivery time
The regular delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Please note that we will only begin processing your order once your payment has been credited to our account.
The delivery time by our logistics partners DHL and Deutsche Post is another 2 to 3 working days after the order has been sent. There may be minimal delays before and after public holidays. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You can track your shipment with the tracking code.

How can I give something back?

We hope you don't have to, but of course you can return your product within 14 days. However, you have to cover the costs for the insured return shipping yourself. Beverly Berlin stands for sustainability and we try to encourage you to shop more consciously and keep returns low.
