Shipping costs

Within Germany

  • Free shipping on orders of €80.00 or more
  • Under €80.00: flat rate €3.00

Within the EU
Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), we currently only ship to the following EU countries: the Netherlands, Sweden and Finland.

As a small business, we are exempt from the registration requirement in these countries as long as we stay below a certain shipping volume. Unfortunately, we are therefore currently unable to deliver to other EU countries.

  • Netherlands, Sweden and Finland: flat rate €13.99

Europe (non-EU)

  • Flat rate €19.99

For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom), additional customs and import duties may apply, which are payable by the recipient. Beverly-Berlin has no influence on these charges.

Worldwide

  • Flat rate €39.99

Here too, additional customs and import duties may apply depending on the country, which are payable by the recipient. Beverly-Berlin has no influence on these charges.

All shipping rates include postage and packaging (incl. 19% VAT).

Delivery time

The regular delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Please note: we only start processing your order once your payment has been received in our account.

After dispatch, our logistics partners DHL and Deutsche Post need another 2 to 3 working days for delivery. There may be slight delays before and after public holidays.

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Returns

Didn't like it or didn't fit? No problem. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by you; we refund the original shipping costs. Full details are in our refund policy.

How it works:

  1. Tell us: use our withdrawal form or email hallo@beverly-berlin.com.
  2. Pack it safely: ideally in a shipping box. Our original packaging works perfectly, but any sturdy box will do. Please include a note with your order number.
